Sesame-coated mackerel, served with Fromage Frais, Honey and Cider Vinegar

Method:
Mix the fromage frais, the honey and cider vinegar. Season and add the ginger, lime, and chopped chives. Coat the mackerel fillets with the sesame mix, then cook them briefly in a frying pan. In each plate, put a layer of the fomage frais base and then lay two fish fillets on top.
