From mid-November, the Festive Collection returns to the best dairy shops and supermarket dairy counters in France. For your end-of-year celebrations, the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative offers a sophisticated collection of creams. These culinary products combine the renowned Isigny Sainte-Mère cream with the finest ingredients.

Preparation with Cream & Truffles

Mysterious and subtle, the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) enhances the unique taste of Isigny Sainte-Mère Cream to create an incredible combination of flavours.

Chef’s tip: Serve cold on toasted bread with oysters or seafood, or even warm or cold with scallops or salmon.

Preparation with Cream & Morels

A noble ingredient, the morel mushroom is known for its fine texture and its characteristic aroma. It adds an unparalleled earthy dimension to the delicious Isigny Sainte-Mère Cream.

Chef’s tip: Best served warm, it is a great match with fish, red meats and poultry. It can also unlock the flavours of game or warm oysters.

Preparation with Cream & Foie Gras

An icon of French gastronomic excellence, duck foie gras is one of France’s most renowned regional products. It is also the undisputed symbol of the end-of-year festivities. The pairing of duck foie gras with smooth Isigny Sainte-Mère Cream will delight even the most demanding food lovers.

Chef’s tip: Best served warm, this cream is ideal with red meats and festive poultry. It can also be enjoyed cold on toasted bread (with figs or walnuts, for example).

The noble and perfect marriage of Isigny A.O.P. Cream and black truffles makes up the insert of this cheese, ideal for a festive meal.

Serving tip: take the cheese out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before tasting.

A portion of Mimolette cheese selected by our master cheesemaker especially for festive occasions, with exceptional ripening over 20 months inside our cellars in Normandy.

100% French Mimolette, made with milk from Normandy, awarded Best Cheese of the World 2023 (at the Lyon International Cheese Competition with a score of 100/100, out of 1,294 samples from 16 countries).

Its crumbly texture, intense yet refined flavour and salty taste, along with its bright colour, will add an exquisite touch to your celebrations.

Our Special Reserve Mimolette tastes great with any meal and will take your holiday feasts to another level. It can be served as an aperitif, accompanied by chilled champagne, or simply enjoyed on an after-dinner cheese platter.
