Attention all foodies and gourmets (and those who like to try something new)!

With their winning taste, our famous ice creams with Isigny Sainte-Mère Cream are back and we are declaring the ice cream season officially open!

This year, our ice cream season opened on 31 March. You can treat yourself to a vanilla, strawberry or salted butter caramel ice cream (or all three!) at Les Halles d’Isigny covered market and the Cooperative shop. Available in small and large tubs or on a cone. For those with a really sweet tooth, you can add strawberry, chocolate or caramel coulis to the ice cream sold in tubs… and of course, the Caramel is made just a few metres from Les Halles d’Isigny covered market.

What is the secret behind Isigny ice cream? Well… the essential ingredient is of course… Isigny Sainte-Mère Cream! This is combined with skimmed milk from the Cooperative, a little sugar and the flavours. Our ice creams contain no colourings and all the ingredients are natural!

• Halles d’Isigny covered market: Every day from 1 pm to 7 pm (11 am to 7 pm in July/August) – Rue du 19 Mars 1962, 14230 Isigny-sur-Mer
