From an early age, Anthony’s ambition was to follow his parents in the breeding of cows and production of organic milk.

In 2010 Anthony took over the family’s farming business, working with his mother. Their farm supplies organic milk to our milk-cooperative for the production of cheeses, such as Mimolette and Camembert.

Anthony’s idea of organic farming is, “it is a philosophy, a lifestyle. I was born here in the heart of the Cotentin marais, the marshlands. What is closest to my heart is to continue the work of my parents; Using modern breeding techniques to bring together, in harmony, the farmer, the cows, the rich productive soil and the environment “.
