At Isigny Sainte-Mère we have almost as many trades as we do products or recipes! Our electrical engineer embodies one of the very technical trades that is vital to the smooth running of the cooperative.

He plays a key rôle: he carries out routine maintenance to ensure the reliable functioning of our machines, since the integrity of our production depends upon it. He diagnoses potential faults and arranges to carry out repairs. At this point he informs the production teams, since sharing information about maintenance work is essential.

Electronics, automation, mechanical and other work, his daily routine is very varied, but always guided by the rules of quality, hygiene, safety and the environment.
