It is thus proposing a new and original approach to Galettes des Rois with the preparation of 5 new recipes, signed by Alexis Bouillet, World\u2019s Best Young Pastry Chef 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The recipe for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isigny-ste-mere.com\/en\/recettes\/galette-des-rois-made-with-isigny-pdo-butter-2\/\">traditional galette<\/a>, will be unanimously appreciated with its good taste of Isigny A.O.P. butter and frangipane. Two other galettes, one inspired by Normandy with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isigny-ste-mere.com\/en\/recettes\/galette-des-rois-with-isigny-camembert-cheese\/\">Camembert d\u2019Isigny, apple and chicken<\/a>, and the other with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isigny-ste-mere.com\/en\/recettes\/galette-des-rois-with-isigny-mimolette-cheese\/\">Mimolette Isigny Sainte-M\u00e8re<\/a>, will be sure to be a hit during Epiphany aperitifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also on the menu, for those who like a sweet version of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isigny-ste-mere.com\/en\/recettes\/galette-des-rois-with-chocolate-and-hazelnut\/\">Galette des Rois with chocolate and hazelnut<\/a>, and an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isigny-ste-mere.com\/en\/recettes\/galette-des-rois-made-with-isigny-pdo-butter\/\">apple and Calvados A.O.C. galette<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether
