Complete control of manufacturing processes
From the milk collection to packing finished product takes about 72 hours.
This rapid processing turnround guarantees very good conservation of the product’s nutritional qualities. It also allows the cooperative to guarantee that both the labelling and the intrinsic qualities of the product conform.
Throughout the manufacturing process, physical, chemical and bacteriological checks are made on samples.
In all, more than 250 analytical checks are made to guarantee that a batch of our product meets the required standards.
Our manufacturing site has a production capacity of 50,000 tonnes a year.
State of the art facilities:
- Two prep rooms for ingredients
- Five MSD drying towers
- Several packing lines: cans, bags, sachets, big-bags
- A fullt-equipped laboratory for microbiological and physical/chemical testing
