For all processing, Isigny Sainte-Mère is the entity that determines the means and purposes and thus acts as the Data Controller within the meaning of the regulations applicable to personal data and in particular EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such Data (hereinafter “RGPD”).

Article 1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
This Policy describes and informs, for the purposes of transparency on the processing implemented, of the manner in which the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative, as data controller, undertakes to collect, use and protect your personal data with all due care and exclusively for the legitimate purposes for which they were collected.
The Coopérative Isigny Sainte-Mère is an agricultural cooperative registered in the Caen Trade and Companies Register under number 317 750 818, with its head office at 2 rue du Docteur Boutrois, 14 230 Isigny-Sur-Mer.
Article 2. HOW AND WHY DOES ISIGNY SAINTE-MERE COLLECT YOUR DATA?
The Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative generally collects the personal data concerning you that you agree to provide directly via the form to be completed, accessible on the “Contact us” tab of the Site. By sending a request via the contact form, you consent to the processing of your personal data in order to respond to your request.
In all cases, you will be informed of the purposes of such processing when browsing the Site (cookies, “contact us” form), namely:
- Respond to your request for contact by the means you have communicated to us (e-mail, telephone, postal address) on the contact form;
- Enable the Site to function by depositing tracking cookies;
- To compile statistics relating to the number of visitors to our Site, via the deposit of audience measurement cookies, in order to enable us to improve it and offer you an optimal browsing experience.

Article 3. ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DOES THE ISIGNY SAINTE-MERE COOPERATIVE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

Article 4. WHAT CATEGORIES OF DATA ARE COLLECTED?
The personal data that the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative collects is only the data necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing implemented, which includes in particular the following data:

- product complaint information (including photo);
As part of your request via the contact form (“Contact” tab) on the Site, Isigny Sainte-Mère may collect data relating to the name of your company and the position you hold. The Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative undertakes not to collect more data than necessary.
If you fail to fill in the corresponding fields, you will not be able to use the services offered. The compulsory or optional nature of the personal data requested and the possible consequences of failure to reply will be indicated at the time of collection by an asterisk.
Article 5. WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA?
Under no circumstances will the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative pass on your personal data to third parties for other purposes such as commercial and/or promotional purposes without your consent.
Isigny Sainte-Mère gives limited access to your personal data to the following recipients within Isigny Sainte-Mère:
- concerning personal data collected via the contact form as part of a complaint or information request: to authorized persons in charge of complaint management and consumer information;
- concerning personal data collected via the contact form as part of a commercial request: to authorized persons in charge of marketing;
- concerning personal data collected by cookies used to measure the Site’s audience: to authorized persons in charge of optimizing and improving the Site.
These recipients ensure the strict confidentiality of your personal data.
In addition, the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative reserves the right to transmit personal data to the following subcontractor (service provider), in full compliance with the Law and Regulations and, exclusively in order to achieve the purposes described above: Google Analytics for the measurement and analysis of the Site’s audience.

Article 6. HOW DOES THE ISIGNY SAINTE-MERE COOPERATIVE MANAGE THE TRANSFER OF DATA FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL SERVICES?
We may transfer your personal data outside the European Union in the following circumstances:
- Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized and specified persons within the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative and our service provider(s). These persons are those who, by virtue of their function, are legitimately entitled to have access to your data in order to achieve the purposes previously described to you (e.g. to enable the correct use of a service).
Every transfer of personal data is subject to appropriate and sufficient security guarantees.
Article 7. HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA STORED?
Your personal data collected within the framework of a request on the Site’s contact form (“Contact” tab) is kept for the time necessary to respond to your request. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be kept on file for a maximum of five (5) years from the last contact, for documentary purposes with external bodies or for evidential purposes in the event of litigation. This data may then be anonymized and kept for analysis or statistical purposes.
Personal data collected via audience measurement cookies is kept for a period of twenty-five (25) months from the date of collection. Audience measurement cookies are deleted from your terminal after thirteen (13) months, or sooner if you manually delete them.
Once this period has elapsed, your data will be deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Article 8. HOW SECURE IS YOUR DATA?
The Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative protects your personal data by implementing all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data processing.
In this respect, the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative takes all necessary precautions, in view of the nature of the data and the risks presented by the processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. These measures include the implementation of specific technologies designed to protect your privacy, such as secure servers, back-up of personal data within a redundant system, firewalls and SSL encryption, or secure access by login and password, an internal policy of frequent renewal of demanding and complex passwords (minimum 8 characters, composed of numbers, letters, a capital letter and a special symbol), and secure remote access by VPN access.
We would like to remind you that you are responsible for the personal data you transmit to the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative, and that as such, you contribute to the protection of your personal data by complying with good practice in the use of your IT tools.
Article 9. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE TO YOUR DATA?
In accordance with the Regulations and the Law, you have the :
- Right to access, update, complete and rectify your data;
- The right to erasure or deletion of your data if it is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading;
- Right to withdraw, at any time, your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (without this calling into question the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the date of withdrawal of your consent);
