Croissant, lettuce, radish, cucumber, extra mature Mimolette and a touch of houmous


  1. Wash the lettuce, radishes and cucumber.
    Cut the radishes and cucumber into round slices.
    Open the croissants lengthwise.
    Spread a tablespoon of houmous over the base of each croissant, and on the other side of the croissant, spread a teaspoon of mustard.
    Fill each croissant with two lettuce leaves.
    Then add a few slices of radish and cucumber.
    Finish with 4 slices of Isigny Sainte-Mère Extra Mature Mimolette and close up the croissants.
