Exotic Ice Creams with Isigny Sainte-Mère Creamy Fromage Frais, Passion Fruit and Mango
– 250 g Isigny Sainte-Mère Creamy Fromage Frais
– 25 g sugar
– Half a ripe mango
– 1 passion fruit
Mix 100 g of Creamy Fromage Frais with 25 g of sugar Cut the passion fruit in half to remove the flesh and seeds. Mix it into the Fromage Frais.
For the mango mixture: mix the remaining Creamy Fromage Frais with the mango.
Pour the mango and passion fruit mixtures alternately in the ice cream moulds.
Leave for at least 2 hours in the freezer before removing from the moulds: then enjoy!
Note: For an even more summery twist, feel free to add other fresh fruit, such as raspberries or peaches!
