Oven-baked Camembert

Oven-baked Camembert


  • 1 Isigny Sainte-Mère baking Camembert with herbs
  • 5 walnuts
  • 20 g of cranberries
  • 1 cc of thyme
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 250 g steamed potatoes
  • 100 g sliced baguette


Wash and cut the potatoes into pieces, then steam for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C, make a cut in the centre of the Camembert and bake for 15 minutes.

After baking, scoop a hole in the centre of the Camembert to add the cranberries, the crushed walnut pieces, the thyme and the tablespoon of honey.

Eat immediately as a starter, with the potatoes and bread.
