- 1 Isigny Sainte-Mère baking Camembert with herbs
- 5 walnuts
- 20 g of cranberries
- 1 cc of thyme
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 250 g steamed potatoes
- 100 g sliced baguette
Wash and cut the potatoes into pieces, then steam for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C, make a cut in the centre of the Camembert and bake for 15 minutes.
After baking, scoop a hole in the centre of the Camembert to add the cranberries, the crushed walnut pieces, the thyme and the tablespoon of honey.
Eat immediately as a starter, with the potatoes and bread.
