Raw vegetable salad and mimolette powder

Ingredients
1 part of mimolette Isigny Sainte-Mère
½ cucumber
12 radishes
2 sucrines
200 g of beans
1 red onion
3 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt, pepper
Method
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and plunge the beans into it. Cook for 5 minutes.
Let cool before peeling them.
Remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
Cut the radishes into slices.
Thin out the sucrines, cut the leaves coarsely.
Peel and chop the onion.
Mix the lettuce, beans, cucumber, radishes and onion.
Season with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix in.
Grate or powder the mimolette.
Serve and sprinkle generously with mimolette powder.
