Bagels with smoked salmon and ranch sauce
8 tablespoons Isigny Sainte-Mère fromage blanc
4 teaspoons mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped chives
2 tablespoons dill (+ a few sprigs to serve)
4 slices of smoked salmon
Mix the fromage blanc with the mayonnaise, parsley, chives, dill and chopped garlic cloves. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Slice the bagels in half and spread the sauce on one half of each bagel.
Cut the salmon slices into strips and the cucumber into round slices.
Place the cucumber slices and salmon strips on each bagel.
Add a few sprigs of dill and place the other half of the bagel on top.
Serve the bagels with a little sauce and a few lemon wedges on the side.
