Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 240°C.

    Spread the Crème d’Isigny A.O.P. evenly over the pinsa base.

    Top with the sliced mushrooms.

    Arrange the Pavé d’Isigny slices evenly over the pinsa.

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

    Remove from the oven and top with the speck, a sprinkle of black pepper and the fresh basil leaves before serving.
